Not a fan of fireworks, but still want to see some sparks fly on New Year's Eve? Then celebrate with us and many other guests at the KITCHEN PARTY: NEW YEAR’S EVE!
It will be a cozy and relaxed festive dinner. We’ll fire up the Josper Grill, creating a crackling atmosphere right in the middle of the restaurant. Some of the twelve different dishes will be served to you, while others can be picked up directly from our chefs at the open cooking station, where you can watch them prepare and plate your food live.
We’ll welcome the new year outside by the fire pits with the New Year's tradition of burning the old year, with the beautifully lit Fürstenfeld Abbey in the background.

On January 15th, the hunting season ends in Bavaria. For hunters, it’s a reason to celebrate the close of a successful season. Once again, we’re reviving this tradition with our KITCHEN PARTY: WILD!
As a nearly CO₂-neutral food, game meat regularly features on our menu — especially when Fürstenfelder’s managing director and hunter Gerhard Kohlfürst has harvested it himself.
Our kitchen team will prepare ten different wild game dishes for you. Whether it’s venison or wild boar, you can watch the chefs cook live at various stations — and enjoy each dish freshly served.
